Shipping policy

Delivery

Standard UK Delivery: Our aim is to package and send out your order within 3-5 working days, but will always endeavour to send it out sooner. 

We are a small business and make and package all our products by hand. At certain times it may take us longer to send out your order.

Packages are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless you have requested and paid for Express Delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 48 hours, although at busy times (i.e. Christmas) this may take longer.

Next Day Delivery UK - for orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri, your order will be despatched that day and  delivered the next working day, unless Royal Mail are experiencing delays. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday/Sat/Sun will be dispatched the following Monday. Next day deliveries are 24 tracked and delivered by Royal Mail. 

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

Missing Shipments

If you have not received your package within 7 days of shipping, please contact us at hello@whimsywistcandles.co.uk so we can look into this.
